The IELTS TRF (Test Report Form or IELTS Certificate) is usually issued 13 calendar days after the test.
However, please note that at the time of your registration for the IELTS test you were advised in clause 13 of the declaration that the IELTS Test Partners reserve the right to withhold test results (temporarily or permanently) to ensure the integrity of each test result.

Candidates can collect their TRF at Australia Centre Medan.
Candidates who are from out of town can request that their TRF be mailed to them by filling in the "Original TRF to Candidate" form which is available at reception on the test date.

Please note that test centres are not permitted to inform the test result over the phone or by fax or email.
Candidates can instead check their result from the IELTS Results On-line website.
A preview of your test result will be available after 5 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard time (AEST) 13 days after the test.
The system will not display results for more than 28 days after your test date.

If you are having problems viewing your test result, please check that you have entered the required information correctly.

The first name and last name will need to be the same as the names you registered with.
If you do not have a family or last name, you will need to enter a dash or minus symbol ("-") in the Family Name input field.
Please enter your ID number without any spaces and/or symbols.

If you are still having a problem viewing your result after you have checked that you have entered all the information correctly, please allow some time for the system to update.
The preview of your test result can sometimes be delayed.

The TRF can be collected from Monday - Friday (10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.) after the date of release.
